Cash still king for alimony payments
Edelstein’s business valuation and forensic accounting principal, Jason Pierce, recently published an article on September 21, 2015 in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly discussing alimony payments. Pierce writes, “Alimony is the payment of support from a spouse who has the ability to pay to a spouse in need of support for a reasonable length of time, under a court order.
