Jason Pierce to be panelist on Boston Bar Association webinar

On Friday, July 17, 2020, Jason Pierce will be an expert panelist on the Boston Bar Association’s webinar, Sophisticated Financial Issues in Divorce Matters and the Impact of COVID-19.

The webinar will discuss:

  • Divorce cases that involve complex assets, including closely-held businesses, private equities and hedge funds, as well as sophisticated income components such as restricted stock and other equity compensation.
  • Valuation issues.
  • Options for dividing assets and structuring spousal and/or child support, including consideration of tax consequences.
  • The unique challenges and opportunities presented by COVID-19 for complicated financial cases that may already be in the litigation process and have experienced COVID-related delays.
