He discussed who commits fraud and theft, followed by the best practices for lowering the exposure to employee theft and internal controls.

On November 15, 2016, four Edelstein team members presented a tax timely topic update to an audience of clients and business contacts. Michael Barbera discussed State Nexus, Emily Matthews presented on Research & Development (R&D) Credit, Jason Pierce reviewed valuation discounting, and Keith LeBlanc shared year-end highlights and reminders.  The breakfast was moderated by tax supervisor Jeff Walch.  Attendees had the opportunity to hear from and network with our thought leaders, as well as each other.  We continue to look forward to the next tax timely topic event.
